Soulard (pronounced sue-lard) is a historic French neighborhood in St. Louis. The community is made up of residences, restaurants, bars, and businesses. Many of the old homes built back in the 19th century are still standing.

Imo's Pizza (pronounced E-mows) also known as "The Square Beyond Compare" is a St. Louis Style pizza. St. Louis Style means the crust is super thin, topped with Provel Cheese and any other toppings of your choice. Unlike traditional pizza, Imo's cuts their pizza slices into squares. The first Imos opened in 1964. They now have 90 locations in Missouri.
