Malcom W. Martin Memorial Park
The park is on the river and has great views of the St. Louis Arch. It is also home to the tallest waterfall in the United States and the second tallest in the world.  The geyser shoots water to 630 feet for 10 minutes, three times a day during the months of April through October.

Malcom W. Martin was a graduate of Yale, the St. Louis City College of Law, and co-founder of Martin, Peper and Martin. He was active in the St. Louis community and took up the challenge to extend the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial to include both sides of the river as originally envisioned by Eero Saarinen, the architect of the Gateway Arch. Malcom Martin donated a ton of money to the Gateway Center of Metropolitan St. Louis upon his death so that they could continue the efforts to include East St. Louis as part of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial.
